My recent family trip from Yanbu to Jazan via Etihad flight was an uneventful experience. While on one hand the flight staff, food and ambience was very good, on the other hand the delay in the departure and arrival of the flight was uncalled for. I would rate it a 3 out of 5. - by

In case you are planning to travel from Dammam to Medina by Etihad Airways then according to me it’s best if you think again. I had recently travelled from Dammam to Medina by Etihad and the cabin crew was quite unprofessional and appeared arrogant and rude. Moreover, the washrooms in the flight were not at all clean, making the whole journey burdensome. - by

I travelled with Etihad Airlines from Jeddah to Riyadh. I was completely satisfied and feel happy to say that it was worth my money. The Staff was very coopeuser-rating: and the flight too was very enjoyable. There were means of entertainment in the flight which were really soothing. Loved the flight! - by

I took a flight from Medina to Riyadh a few days back. The experience was an extremely well established one. Everybody from the ground staff to the in flight crew behaved extremely well. The mix up in the luggage at the end of it, though created some anxiety, but it got resolved quickly. Etihad Airways are an excellent carrier. - by

Be cautious if you are travelling to Saudi Arabian cities by Etihad. The airline has been quite disappointing for me in my last travel, as it lacked crew in number according to the flight being full. The crew was behaved impatiently as they were not being able to manage the demands of the passengers. The food was decent but the service poor. Precaution should be taken while travelling with the airlines for the route. - by
