Go First Airlines offers two types of bookings on all its flights The services offered depend on the type of travel class chosen. The different classes of travel are as follows: 

Economy Class

This class offers comfortable seats with a broad seat pitch and ample leg space.

• Passengers can pre-book veg/non-veg meals and refreshments or choose from the buy-on-board menu.

• Passengers can pre-book eggless chocolate cake or fruit cake 72 hours in advance to celebrate special occasions. 

• Inflight magazine Go-Getter features meals available onboard.

Business Class

This class offers luxurious seats with wider hand rests and enough legroom. The middle seat is vacant and thus giving extra space.

• Passengers are offered complimentary meals and refreshments and chauffeur transfers to the airport.

• Passengers can access the lounges at select airports.

• Passengers get a free baggage allowance of 35 kg.

Go First (GoAir) Airlines Baggage Allowance

Go First Airlines allows free baggage based on the class of travel. For Economy class, the passengers can carry one piece of checked-in baggage of up to15 kg and a handbag of up to 7 kg. 

For Business class the passengers can carry checked-in baggage of 35 kg and a handbag of 7 kg. Passengers wanting to carry more baggage can pre-purchase it in increments of 5 kg, 10kg, 15kg and 30 kg. 

Infants on Go First flights are allowed extra cabin baggage of up to 7kg.

Go First (GoAir) Airlines Web Check-in and Boarding Pass

Due to the Covid-19 situation, Go First Airlines has made web check-in mandatory.  Passengers can web check-in 72 hours to 1 hour before the flight departure within India. 

For international Go Air Airlines flights, the passengers can web check-in 48 hours to 2 hours before the flight departure. For web check-in, the passengers can go to the airline’s website flygofirst.com. 

Check-in through the ‘Web Check-in’ tab on the Homepage or the quick link from the footer or the ‘Web Check-in’ option available under the ‘Plan my Trip’  on the Homepage. Boarding passes are mailed to the passengers 6 hours before the flight departure.

Go First (GoAir) Airlines In-flight Services

Go First Airlines allows passengers to pre-book meals and choose from the onboard menu. Passengers can choose from a variety of veg, non-veg or Jain snacks. 

The passengers are provided with the inflight magazine Go-Getter featuring the onboard menu. Alcoholic beverages are served on international Go First flights only. To celebrate special occasions on Go First flights the passengers can pre-book eggless chocolate cake or fruit cake 72 hours in advance.

Go First Airlines Frequent Flyer Programmes: GoStar, GoSME & GoMore

The frequent flyer programs offered by Go Air Airlines are GoStar, GoSME and GoMore. Gostar provided benefits like zero convenience fees, seat preferences, the ability to save trips, personalised groups and archiving of boarding passes. 

GoSME provides benefits like zero convenience fees, complimentary meals onboard, zero cancellation and rescheduling charges and seat selection. GoMore is for Economy class passengers only and provides benefits like purchasing GoMore fares and seat selection.   

Go First Airlines Onboard Support

Go First airlines provide special assistance to passengers who need it like expectant mothers and unaccompanied children. For passengers with mobility problems, wheelchair assistance is provided on the Go First flights.
