Air India Airlines Baggage Allowance

If you have booked an Air India flight booking then your baggage allowance is based on your class of travel. 

• The hand baggage limit is 8 kg for all passengers

Air India Airlines Web Check-In and Boarding Pass

The Web Check-in (WCI) service is available to all Air India flight passengers. Travellers can easily check themselves in for their flights whenever it is convenient for them, from their homes, offices, or any other location. 

The web check-in option is available 48 hours before the flight's departure and closes 2 hours before the flight's departure for international flights and 1 hour before the flight's departure for domestic flights. 

Boarding cards are provided to passengers for domestic flights and a confirmation slip rather than a boarding card is given to travellers flying internationally. 

Check-in Domestic Flights

Online check-in is available for passengers flying domestic from 48 hours to 1 hour before their flight departure. If a passenger is just carrying their handbag, they can grab a printout of their boarding pass and go straight to the airport security check.

However, they must get in touch with the baggage drop counter to drop off any registered baggage and pick up the registered baggage tags. 

Check-in International Flights
